Liquidation Cosmetics , sold as a mixed condition pallet lot with freight included.
The stock
On the manifest side, this is listed as Liquidation Cosmetics and nothing more granular. Condition runs the range within a single lot. What actually turns up varies lot to lot.
Reselling it
Lots like this go to sellers who move volume: market stalls, beauty resale, and online marketplaces. Check dates and seals; anything opened or undated is not resale stock.
