Who buys this
Lots like this go to sellers who move volume: electronics repair and refurb, bin stores, and marketplace listings. Test what powers on, and sort by whether an item is complete in its box.
The honest version: liquidation lots are bought and sold as-is, the counts here describe a typical lot, and no one opens every box before it ships. Your protection is a 30-day window to report damage, shortage or a defect. See what a manifest does and does not tell you and Returns & Refunds.
