Liquidation Pallet Depot ships every pallet and truckload free to all 50 states, with no order minimum and no separate freight charge at checkout. The price shown on a listing is the delivered price.
Free shipping โ all 50 states
Free freight applies to every order, including Alaska and Hawaii. There is no minimum order value and no hidden handling fee. The site currently ships within the United States only and does not export or forward to freight-forwarders without prior written arrangement.
Order processing & reservation
When an order is placed, the lot is reserved for 48 hours while payment is confirmed. Wire and ACH details, or a secure card link, are sent after checkout. Once cleared payment is received, the order is processed within 1โ2 business days, subject to carrier pickup schedules.
Carriers & packaging
Small parcels ship by national couriers such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. Pallets and truckloads move by LTL and full-truckload freight carriers. Pallets are shrink-wrapped and, where needed, banded and corner-protected for transit. Truckloads may be floor-loaded or palletized depending on the lot.
Processing & delivery times
Orders are generally processed within 1โ2 business days after payment clears. Transit is typically 1โ7 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within approximately 2โ9 business days after payment clears.
Mainland US: typically 1โ5 business days in transit.
Alaska & Hawaii: typically 3โ7 business days in transit.
Delivery can occasionally be affected by weather, carrier volume and destination.
Curbside delivery, liftgate & receiving
Standard freight delivery is curbside. A loading dock or forklift makes unloading easiest. If you do not have one, a liftgate may be available as an option at checkout; the receiver is still responsible for moving the pallet from the curb. Residential or limited-access addresses should be disclosed in advance.
Inspect before you sign
Count pallets or handling units against the Bill of Lading.
Check for crushed corners, torn wrap, leaning stacks or water damage.
Note visible damage or shortage on the BOL before the driver leaves and take photos.
If a load is severely damaged, note the reason on the BOL and contact the seller promptly.
Address accuracy
Make sure the shipping address and contact phone number are correct and that a truck can physically reach the delivery location. Re-delivery or re-consignment fees caused by an incorrect or unreachable address may be passed to the buyer.
