What this lot is
Building Materials Liquidation is the listing, and that is the level of detail we can stand behind. Some pieces are as-new, some are clearly used, and the split is not fixed in advance. The count below describes a typical lot.
Reselling it
The buyers for this are typically in bin stores, flea markets, and online marketplaces. Sort by department first, then by whether packaging is intact.
Freight and receiving
Freight is on us anywhere in the US. Think about the receiving end before you order – a pallet coming off a trailer needs a dock, a forklift, or the liftgate option at checkout.
Before you buy: this lot is as-is and is not itemized in advance, so the figures above are typical rather than promised. Damage, shortage and defects are reportable for 30 days after delivery. what a manifest does and does not tell you and Returns & Refunds have the specifics.
